Indoor sports hall, Aspreys, Olney, MK46 5LF
Players must wear suitable indoor non-marking training shoes and comfortable sport clothing, ideally ONC training t-shirt or vest. No jewellery or piercings (no taping allowed), short nails please and long hair tied back.
Any valuables brought to training will be the sole responsibility of the player.
Please bring water to drink and any medication required (e.g. inhalers)
